Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

This is a plain-language starting set of terms for a small, early-stage service. It isn't a substitute for legal advice specific to your situation.

What Ryza is

Ryza is a daily coaching and accountability practice, currently in early access. By signing up, you're joining before the app is fully public, and helping shape what it becomes.

Early access

Early access costs £20 for fourteen days. After that, you can choose to continue at the ongoing rate we tell you about, or stop — there's no obligation to continue, and you can cancel at any time.

Who can use Ryza

You must be 18 or older to sign up for early access or use the app.

Your account and content

Anything you share with Ryza — reflections, messages, entries — is yours. We use it to provide the service to you and won't sell it or use it to train anything beyond what's needed to run your own practice.

No guarantees

Ryza is a tool to support your own reflection and decision-making. It isn't a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice, and we can't guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Changes to the service

Because Ryza is early-stage, features, pricing, and the product itself may change as we learn. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes directly.

Limitation of liability

Ryza is provided as-is during this early access period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
